Full Story.

I worked 40 years to retire early. My grown son is unemployed and expects me to keep working to support him.

When I told him no, he smirked and said, “You’ll regret it.”

The very next day, his girlfriend called me in a panic. She told me my son had packed up all my retirement documents and savings statements, planning to cash them out behind my back.

I rushed over and caught him red-handed, trying to access accounts that weren’t his.

That was the moment I realized—helping him wasn’t saving him, it was enabling him. I called the police, and they gave him a warning. Now, I’ve cut him off financially, and for the first time in years, I finally feel free to enjoy the retirement I worked so hard for.
