Spicy Garlic Beef Noodles — The Dish Everyone’s Talking About! 🍜🔥

This recipe has been making waves at workplaces and dinner tables alike — and once you try it, you’ll understand why! It’s saucy, rich, slightly spicy, and packed with flavor that clings perfectly to every strand of noodle.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 250g egg noodles (or any long noodles)
  • 300g ground beef
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chili oil (adjust to your spice level)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • Green onions or sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and onion. Cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. When browned, stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili oil, and brown sugar.
  4. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Toss in your noodles, stirring until they’re coated beautifully in that glossy sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds.

Serve hot and enjoy every bite — it’s savory, a little spicy, and unbelievably satisfying.
Once you make it, you’ll never go back to takeout!
