Lemon Cream Cheese Dump Cake — So Easy, So Perfect 🍋

If you’ve ever struggled with lemon desserts that come out too tart, too dry, or just not right, this one will change everything. My neighbor has been making it for years, and hers always looks like something straight from a bakery window. The secret? Only four ingredients — no mixers, no fuss, just layer, bake, and enjoy.

🍋 Ingredients:

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 2 cans of lemon pie filling
  • 1 block (8 oz) of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick (½ cup) butter, melted

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread lemon pie filling evenly in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of cream cheese over the lemon filling. No need to mix — it’ll melt perfectly into the layers while baking.
  4. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over everything.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter on top.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

Let it cool for a bit — it’ll set into a creamy, tangy, buttery dream.
Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a dusting of powdered sugar.

💛 This dessert never lasts long in my house. Light, rich, and refreshing — everything a lemon treat should be!
