Ingredients:
- 6–8 pork chops
- 6 medium potatoes (sliced into ½-inch rounds)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, paprika, shredded cheese, parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish and layer the sliced potatoes evenly on the bottom.
- Season potatoes with salt, pepper, and a bit of garlic powder.
- Place pork chops on top of the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a bowl, mix the soup and milk until smooth, then pour evenly over the chops and potatoes.
- Top with sliced onions and a drizzle of olive oil or butter.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove foil, optionally sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for another 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
