So easy, creamy, and comforting — this is one of those dinners that disappears fast!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits (like Pillsbury Grands)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp butter (melted)
- Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup and milk until smooth.
- Add chicken and half the cheese; season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir well.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and gently fold them into the mixture.
- Pour into a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Brush with melted butter and bake for 25–30 minutes, until biscuits are golden and bubbly.
Serve hot — creamy inside, crispy on top, and unbelievably cheesy.
